Can you see a line?

Super long story short me and my husband have been trying to convince for 18 months now! I have PCOS and endometriosis so I have no idea when I ovulate we are just trusting the process. I’ve had the worst fatigue of my life in the last week but even weirder, I was violently sick yesterday completely randomly. Had the same horrific nausea the day before. Sureley if I was pregnant it’s too early for symptoms, but I took a test and saw this! What do you guys think? I’ve had that many false hope tests that I’m not getting my hopes up!
