Yes this helped me along side inositol and agnus castus. I am 39 weeks pregnant after trying for 4 years. I also cut out all processed food and sugar and alcohol the month we conceived x
I’ve been cutting out anything processed sugar etc, basically keto diet. Feel so much better for it! I’ve been drinking spearmint tea with macca root and myo inositol xx
Didn't help. Messed up my cycle. Before taking it - google, it CAN mess up periods. I didn't. Learned the hard way.
Hey, just an update for myself, I did take it and fell pregnant first month of taking but this was 12 month of trying and 3 rd cycle on letrozole so not sure if it was the Macca or not just thought worth letting ya know! Best of luck xxx
