Depo injection and irregular cycles

Anyone who’s been on the depo injection how long did it take for your cycles to regulate, I had my last injection April last year, I got my first period in February and only had one period since, I’ve been tracking my LH and not had one high reading and I’m currently on day 38 of this cycle. My husband and I are hoping to have baby No.2 but due to my cycles being floppy it’s making it really hard

My cycle came back regular after my last shot. Try acupuncture, or natural remedies to regulate your cycle again.

My last injection was in March 23. We decided in April to try for our second so I didn’t get the next one due. I got my period back in September but it was all over the place. I had confirmation in January that I ovulated for December cycle. Fell pregnant January and February with both ending up in chemicals. My periods started to become more regular around April and I fell pregnant May/June cycle. It can take 18 months for your body to regulate after the depo. The way it works is it stops you from ovulating and this can take some time to return. I think what helped me become more regular was I started taking pregnacare conception tablets x
