Thin lining

I did so they upped my dose of progynova to add two extra vaginal tablets a day. Eventually it got to 7mm ready for transfer and it was successful

I got a 2nd op. My 1st Dr prepped me for transfer for over a yr and wouldn’t just try when I requested. I never got to 7. The 2nd Dr tried 3 transfers and I have 2 girls now. She never monitored my lining saying there is no magic number. If it’s healthy, it’s possible. Women get pregnant naturally with no assistance and never know their lining measurements. That’s great! Sounds like you’re heading in the right direction. Stay positive. I had so many things against me and I was told I’d never carry but they were wrong.

Please drink every day beetroot and pomegranate fresh juice also take vitamin e complex they really help for think lining

Yes, I have had all the tests under the moon and they don't know why. I normally only get to 6.2mm, but on the odd occasion to 7.2mm. My last cycle they put me on letrzole which made me release 2 follicules, and it helped and get me to 8mm. So far I have had 4 or 5 (losing track now) abandoned cycles due to my lining.

My doctor prescribed me a viagra suppository that I took leading up to the FET, helped get me above 7!

I’ve tried vitamin E, L-arginine, moderate exercise, accupuncture, high dose oestrogen patches and tablets, vaginal Viagra and simulation with FSH like an egg collection cycle. Also checked no adhesions with a hysteroscopy and saline scan and other things not directly for lining like steroids and blood thinner injections. I’ve managed to get lining numbers up to over 7mm but still on my journey as no transfers stuck yet 😔 Hopefully helpful for some ideas for possible options - I think everyone different and even with thin lining there is still a chance ❤️
