Chemical affect IVF wait?

Hi all, I'm on the IVF waitlist, I just got my first ever positive test naturally! I'm wondering if this results in a chemical if it will it affect my time to IVF treatment? We've been waiting so long, I'm very frightened of a chemical pregnancy delaying our chances of getting support.
