I have my 2 months old via donor, can answer any questions. There’s plenty of clinics, I used Women’s London Clinic in London. In terms of banks, you can order ie from London but because of UK regulation you won’t be able to see any pictures. European bank shows baby pictures and there’s also the Canadian, I think they do show some pictures

Price depends on what treatment you have, and medication costs (mine were £900 per round for example), where you buy sperm, and if you buy multi-cycle vs one at a time. Prices also vary depending on which nation you live and city x

I paid approx £9.5K for multi cycle package, including U.K. sperm and meds, Hycosy and fertility MOT too x
