Should people do this?

My bf thinks it’s because people are “Ghetto” that they do not wrap their pads or tampons before putting it in the trash. I grew up doing it, I thought it as a way of self respect and respect in general because I wouldn’t want to see anyone else’s blood, when throwing my business away. Definitely wrap it!! It's so gross to leave them unwrapped, disrespectful and yeah kindda ghetto.

I do bc I always have and it’s habit but I don’t care about seeing anyone else’s blood it’s not that deep I mean I wouldn’t expect people to wrap up bandages or plasters before putting them in the bin why should it be any different blood is blood it’s whatever it’s in the bin it’s not bothering me

I personally don’t really care if it’s wrapped or unwrapped as long as it’s not a mess like don’t have your blood all over the bin but if you like just pull it out and put it in there and it’s getting nowhere I don’t think it matters tbh

I feel like it’s how you grow up and get taught. My mom didn’t teach me I had to learn by myself but she always told me and my sisters to keep it wrapped.

I have family members that don’t wrap it but I always do. I don’t want to see it. Respect yourself and others and keep it wrapped.

I wrap it every time. Yes it’s normal and natural, but so is poop and no one wants to look at that 🤷🏼‍♀️
