The Frida post-partum kit was what I got when I had my first and it was a life saver! Also protein bars and a water bottle would be great if she’s planning on breastfeeding
Snacks and a joint 😂
Snacks, some comfy pyjamas, witch hazel & aloe gel to use on pads (so good for stitches), pads/adult diapers, breast pads, hair bobbles/scrunchies, a voucher for food, ready made ice coffees for the fridge, nice moisturiser and lip balm, some nice soft drinks….. I also got given a memory foam ring shaped cushion to sit on and it was a life saver after 2 hours of hideous stitches so I’d definitely recommend that too 🤣
Comfy pjs, slippers, a voucher for food delivery/food boxes/clothing/supermarket, a big fluffy towel, nice bath stuff for when she's able to have a bath, snacks, a water bottle (the amount of times I forgot about myself I was so focused on baby), keepsake things If she reads there's a book called "unmumsy mum" it's a lovely book and quite funny and a nice reminder that everyone does the best they can 😊 x
I had a neighbour that just gave birth . In the basket I put an outfit for the baby , candle , pads , breast pads , Chocolates, nappies for the baby , face mask for mom , Amazon voucher x
coupons to do housework (dishes, laundry, vacuuming/mopping, etc.)
Following so I can come back to this
Following so I can do it for myself 🥰
