Yes and my clinic agreed with it. It's good to take during pregnancy too to prevent gestational diabetes.. 🙃 Coq10 alongside that is your friend for egg quality ✨️🤞🏻

That’s good to know! I started taking it in combination with other advised supplements to reduce thyroid antibodies and improve egg quality but have found it has increased my luteal phase from 8 to 13 days 🙌🏼 I’ve been taking my BBT and not noticed an increase in temp after peak ovulation so I’m just hoping it hasn’t stopped me ovulating?! Will be starting IVF in my next cycle anyway so I guess I should carry on taking it? I’ve read mixed research! X

There's a few studies I looked into on the national institute, and it all depends on BMI and things.. but very well done for the Thyroid issues! I'm very FOR Inositol for the general endrocrine in most unexplained infertility cases.. Remember with any supplements sometimes they take 3 months to kick in, and sounds backwards, but actually sometimes it will unbalance to recalibrate you 🙃

Thyroid I believe

I’m really hoping it’s not affected my ovulation because all the other signs so far have been really positive! I’m on my 4th cycle taking it 🤞🏼

@Em122344 thyroid antibodies or thyroid in general? What dose do you take?

There's not alot of evidence to support that, if anything it controls the hormones regarding ovulation, but I do feel in higher BMI core groups there was a little unsyncing to resync back up. I say trust the process, Especially if the fertility clinics are high suggesting it 🙃✨️🤞🏻
