Birthday cake

Does anyone have a healthier or a low sugar birthday cake recipe? It’s my son’s second birthday this weekend and I want to make him something not too sweet. *my son is in feeding therapy and he mostly gets fed through a gtube so flavors that are very strong are scary to him. If this was a normal situation I’d definitely let him have the cake with all the sugar for his special day.
