I started wearing a pad cause coughing, sneezing, laughing…. It’s all a possibility that I’ll be peeing
I coughed once and didn't prepare my body and pee literally shot out of me 😭

Happened to me for the first time about 2 months ago. Hasn’t happened since. But I had to pee and was about to head to the bathroom and choked on my own spit and coughed so hard I peed myself a little. Definitely a humbling moment. This is my second baby. And yes it’s normal

This literally happened to me last night before I went to work. I was so annoyed but glad I hadn’t left home yet so that I could clean myself up lol.
Coughing, sneezing, throwing up 😂 at its worst for me (12-16 weeks) I was wearing maxi pads as a precaution!
Yes 😳 the key is to go pee often, like before you feel like you urgently need to go. The sneeze-pee happens to me when my bladder is full and I don’t notice it.
it’s normal! this is my second pregnancy and i didn’t have it happen with my first but this time around is a different story 😅
