Advice

Feeling very deflated been trying for my second baby for a year now and only been diagnosed with pcos for the past 6 months but because I have a child the doctors pr gynecologist won't help without me doing private. Is there any supplements people can recommend to try with my pcos. Thank you x

Inositol is meant to help and maca root, if deffo do research on it, but I saw a lady on TikTok she had maca root and it helped her conceive all her children

She’s called Camilla.and.family

Hi, I struggled for 2 years to get pregnant. I lost 2 stone, was prescribed metformin and took it for about a year before conceiving. I also took vitamin D, Myo-inositol and when I stopped tracking ovulation is when it happened for me. Xxx Good luck, it will happen for you- you’ve managed to conceive once which is promising ❤️🤞🏻

Are you having regular periods? If you've been trying for a year, that should qualify you for some treatment for secondary infertility. I tried inositol and dietary changes with reducing carbs and balancing meals which did help me ovulate more but I needed medication.

Watch dr fung on YouTube explaining link between high insulin levels and pcos. Diet can help less carbs, low sugar, high protein and resistance training. Intermittent fasting helps too. Metformin may be an option and then from there they usually offer clomid to induce ovulation.
