When to start progesterone?
Hello, I am Dpo 2 today and I have had low progesterone over the past cycles. I tested it with proov. My fertility doctor hasn't tested it yet and therefore hasn't prescribed me progesterone. I did get progesterone thru proov though since my score was 60-70 which means progesterone support is beneficial.
The Internet says between dpo3-5. Has anyone taken progesterone (200-400mg vaginally) before? Which day did you start? How was the outcome?

I started 3dpo, after 4 miscarriages, I’m now 15 weeks. I didn’t ask my consultant I just did it. And I’m still on them now. I use them rectally over vaginally, find it less messy.
Wow, congratulations 🎉 I feel like you have to be proactive because they don't recommend anything besides no alcohol 🤷 May I asked how much you took and if you combined it with iui or IVF?
I’m taking 200mg twice a day. No other conception assistance. I was told we wouldn’t be eligible for ivf/iui because I can get pregnant.

My doctor recommended the day after ovulation as long as I was sure🤷‍♀️
