I am getting my iud removed and replaced today and I’m hella nervous because I last got it I was still numb from giving birth

@Kirsten I mean I want more kids in the future but not now so that why I’m getting it replaced plus the one I had moved from my uterus and hubby been going at it like bunnies 😂
I had my iud inserted 5 months pp and it didn’t hurt it felted uncomfortable it felted like a light cramp
I took a naproxen 20 mins before my appointment. I tried to stay relaxed and the whole procedure went smooth and painless but just a little pressure/uncomfortable I would say…

Take some ibuprofen half an hour before. Before I had kids I always dreaded it. But after was fine and couldn't feel it. So could be fine!
