Think the longer you on it the longer it takes for your body to go back to normal so have a chat with a nurse and do some research
Took 11 months for mine to come back, only had two periods since and they was 3 months apart

I came off my injection the end of April and still haven't had my period xx
@Cerys Collins yeah I says it can take 7 to 12 months to come back
Sure mine was about 4-5 months but took another month or two to get back regular, I’d never go back on it x
@Katie yeah I was on it for 4 year before I had my frist baby after coming off it my period came back straight away but was all over the place then I have my first baby and then after having her when back on it now 2 years I come off it again no period yet hopefully soon because I'm trying for my second baby after all this tho not going back on it its not right to totally stop your period
I was on the depo after my first daughter in December 2020 came off it in January 2022 and my periods went back to normal around November 2022 x
I was on it from 2015 till 2020 and took me about 4 months to get mind back and 4 years to get pregnant but all bodies are different, now my first child is due in 3 weeks ☺️
