I did it last month literally every other day even when we didn’t want to, unfortunately my period came😫x
Yes, this is what's recommended until after ovulation/about 10 days before your period if you have a regular cycle. I did this for my first, this time round I did the SMEP method, again worked well for me.

Yes 😅 & it worked the first month & I’m now 6 weeks pregnant. We were TTC our first for 2 years so had numerous appointments with specialists & they suggested I stop tracking & have sex every other day throughout the month as I knew I definitely ovulated. We then conceived our first child the month after that advice too. I appreciate this won’t work every time & it is a lottery but I definitely went into trying for a second with a totally different mindset (whilst knowing it could still take as long as our first did!)
@Jess that’s good to hear! I am going to not track this month and do the same because I think it’s just adding stress
