Struggling to collect Colostrum

Lots of people don't get any until after delivery

I’ve struggled, I get like the tiniest drops of clear stuff but I can’t even collect it it kind of just disappears 😔

I haven’t had any through and I didn’t give my daughter any first time round due to same reason don’t stress over it

I wouldn’t stress, a lot of people don’t get it until after birth. But I would recommend watching videos etc. I’ve been collecting for a few days, I struggled at first but then tonight I had a hot bath watched a video and just relaxed and I managed to get a full syringe going between both boobs. It says the more persistent you were the more chance you will get some, but alternatively even if you collected 0.1ml it’s better than nothing! So don’t put any pressure on yourself as stress can prevent it coming also x

I'm 37+6, tried 3 times so far and can't get even a single drop 🤷 some people apparently don't get it until after birth so I wouldn't worry
