Natural cycles

I'm interested to hear people's experiences with natural cycles. I am currently on the implant and have been for about a year. However I keep having 2 periods a month. I've spoken to the doctors in the past and they have just given me the pill to take. I don't want to get pregnant again yet but will maybe consider having a second later next year when my little one is 2. Would be interested to hear people's opinions on ant natural ways of contraception.

Not natural cycles exactly, but the same concept. I used a BBT thermometer and tracked throughout my cycles. I logged it all in the Flo app. This worked well for us until we started trying for a baby. I tracked from September 2020 - October 2021 as a contraception method. Then from October 2021 as a trying to conceive method.

The best thing I did! Not just for contraception, but for my body to get back to it's normal state. Took about 4/5 months for my cycles to get a normal pattern after the pill. So I would definitely use another form of contraception in that time frame. As long as you are diligent and ensure you take your temp daily and don't risk a red day without another form of contraception, you are golden. I've used it for both contraception & TTC. Both have been brill for me. I still use mine daily xx

I don't use this personally but I don't use any form of contraception apart from timing my cycle. I know when I'm ovulating and track my cycles. We will use condoms when I'm ovulating. I've been doing this for 5 years and it has worked for us x
