Secondary Infertility

Is anyone struggling with this? I have a baby girl which I got pregnant with within the first month and now it feels like I’m never going to have a baby again. Been trying since April and I guess I’m impatient. I also EBF and I’ve been taking ovulation test strips. Haven’t had a peak yet!!

I’m EBF and been trying for 4 months and nothing, too. Even had semi regular periods but absolutely all pregnancy tests are negative

EBF can make you not ovulate.

Have you been diagnosed with secondary infertility? I didn't get diagnosed until 6 months of trying at 35 years old. I feel like we all get a little spoiled when we get pregnant right away while for most people it can take up to 12 months normally. I got pregnant with my daughter after 3 tries and then it took 2 medical cycles, after trying for 12 months naturally to get me pregnant. I lost one of those babys to an ectopic. I'm almost 20 weeks now though. I know it's easy to spiral but depending on your age try not to fret until you are closer to a year of trying. If you are over 35 definitely check in with your Dr soon. I have a feeling you are going to be okay though ✨️💗

breastfeeding can make some women not ovulate. but also trying since april is not very long at all to be completely honest with you.

@Sophtha I’m so sorry! I really pray you both get your baby real soon! I agree I have been very impatient and shouldn’t jump to conclusions!
