Thrush?

Looks like thrush! My daughter had it when she was a couple of months. I took her to her pediatrician and she prescribed her medicine (nystatin) to help the thrush go away. Another thing that helped us was getting a warm rag and wiping her tongue down once in a while! I hope this helps, good luck mama 💟
