Are you uk based ? If so - id see gp now and ask for bloods - LH , FSH - both of those cycle days 3 - 5. Also vit d , feretin , b12 , prolactin, thyroid, free androgen, shbg...

Also - i highly recommend hertility health ( google ) best 150 gbp spent. Private hormone and fertility testing. They test amh too

As your over 35 - nhs gp should be willing to do some bloods as youve been trying for 6 months

Also - i recommend randox health. 30gbp for themto test progsterone. Do u track ovulation? Good to do a randox health progsterone test 7 days after ovulation

Firstly, make an appointment with your GP so you can get your hormone profile done in the correct days of your cycle. Once you’ve gone through those with your GP I’d ask to be referred to ACU at your hospital for AMH and an ultrasound to check AFC etc. then hatch a plan to move forward which you did be eligible for funding for if you confirm to the criteria.

The nhs advised 6 months of trying before seaking medical advise if you are 35 or over so you could go now really. Best of luck
