I'd start day after your period and just keep going. Over the cycles you'll work out when your ovulation is but by starting as soon as your period is over you won't miss it. Try and do a test between 10-12 it made such a difference for me.

No idea how to make a boy or girl! Just desperately trying to make a baby. I would BD every other day before ovulation. Ovulation day and the next day.
I’ve heard that’s a myth but it wouldn’t hurt to try I would say do it
