How to fix irregular periods naturally?

-I have never taken hormonal contraceptives or had the coil and never want to because 1. I can’t swallow pills and 2. My body is hyper sensitive to any medication I’ve ever had and most likely won’t do well with this kind of thing. Don’t want to risk it as I can barely take antihistamines without any issues (just one example of a few) -had baby 2 years ago, had my period straight after pp bleeding stopped, and it became regular again quite soon after, despite exclusively breastfeeding. - cycle has been about 29-31 days, but the cycle at end of Ramadan was 43 days and since then the next period was also a few days late and now this period is also late. - im not pregnant and not trying, I just know if oeriids are messed up then something is going on.. can’t tell if it’s my cycle still trying to figure itself about after ramamdan (first time fasting after 2 years), or if something else. - apparently doctors will only check anything if cycle had been irregular 4-6 times in a row, and they usually jsut prescribe hormonal pills/contraceptives so can’t go down this route -has anyone managed to make their irregular periods get back to regular naturally? Please share any details inshaAllah and JazakAllah khair!

Salam sister, I would suggest you to seek Ayurvedic treatment from your near by consultant. They can provide you with natural holistic way of managing any health issues. I have benefitted quite well with it.

https://www.instagram.com/peace.love.hormones?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== I've been following this account for years. She's an herbalist and has helped countless woman with their periods. She has an herbal tonic that you can take that uses herbs that have been used for 1000s of years to help with our wombs please look into this and listen to her podcast. She has doctors and other practitioners that speak on it. I recommend thus to any woman!!

I’d recommend cupping. Especially in your lower back as that’s what got my periods to return literally the day after getting it done and not having one for 10 months. I presume there could be some hormonal imbalances that the release from cupping could help with iA.
