If you look at your calendar CD1 starts on the first day of your period (which is why it has a 1 above it) so today the 14th has a 29 above it meaning you are on CD29. You ovulated on the 5th so you are 9DPO

@Julia Damn well I just took a test and it’s a BFN negative…🥲 I was thinking I could maybe be pregnant because I had what felt like period cramps from the 6th to the 8th and I haven’t had any since.

@Desiree Yeah that’s quite early to get a positive. Implantation happens between 9-12dpo. Easier said than done but wait till you’ve missed a period to test x
