Pregnancy support band
Would anyone recommend using a support band like this for their bump? I've started getting back ache and was wondering if this would help?

I had the baby go one and wore it for most of my pregnancy when walking the dog or if I was going to be out for a while. I think it helped ✨
I had this one from Amazon as i have had spinal surgery in the past so tried to prevent back pain in last trimester worked wonders for me x
Yes I had 1 similar to that one just with extra straps but helped my back when walking about and doing bits around the house x
