I’m getting the Skyla iud

I’m going to take a progesterone-only birth control pill. I haven’t started it yet either so can’t give any reviews. But it’s what my midwife recommended for BC during breastfeeding since I didn’t want to do an IUD or anything that required a more invasive process. I started my period again at 4w PP so I really need to start taking it 😅😅

I started on a progesterone only birth control.. but it has completely killed my milk supply (even though i was told it wouldnt)... so dont really recommend doing that if u still want to breastfeed. Ive had to spend a lot of money on other breastmilk cuz i only produce about one bottles worth per day now.

@Courtney ugh I’m so sorry 😭 that’s honestly why I haven’t started mine yet. I’ve had no other complications or reasons to not trust my midwives recommendations, but I know everyone responds to things differently and I’m really nervous to introduce anything new to my body. Ugh this makes me so nervous.
