How do you know if you’re ready for a second?

He is looking for a sign? How young are you ?

I’m currently pregnant with my second after 5 years and I was the same didn’t know I was ready for the first etc .. this pregnancy was completely unplanned and I pure panicked when I found out,like am I ready for another can I handle another what about the change in dynamic in the house , you name it I overthinked it 🤣 only when I sat down and lightly touch on it with my first ( he is 5 ) about how he would feel with a sibling and he was absolutely over the moon and hasn’t stopped talking about it, and it made me realise actually how much siblings do mean to us as kids and it’s okay if you don’t choose to have any more etc, even though I could communicate this with him about how he felt but now their is such a big age gap and he instantly listed of everything he wants to do with them was like he was listing off all the things he’s missed out on in the last 5 years. Hard one only you will know but I’d never of had anymore until he made me realise
