If you start a day after your period it helps bc that's when the new eggs are dropping and then every other day until you're next period

The advice I saw was every other day. I was doing some positive affirmations based on the week of my cycle and made a few changes to improve egg quality as I found info from Fertility from the Soul. The month we conceived my little boy I had COVID so we only did the deed once but it worked 🤣

We did the deed twice a day for three weeks straight. I’m now pregnant with twins 😅 Maybe too much of a good thing.. It was the first month we were actually trying and we didn’t do any research or use any special lubes or supplements. We just got reckless 😮‍💨

Every other day is recommended! But you do it everyday as well it’s completely depends upon you. 😊

We did every other day from first day after period, all the way through well past when I was supposed to ovulate. First time I got pregnant it was the first month I stopped trying to predict ovulation and just did every other day. This time when I got pregnant it was the first month of trying and we did exactly the same thing. If I had been trying to predict ovulation I wouldn’t be pregnant now because I ovulated a week later that I should’ve (based on size of baby at dating scan) xx

Once in fertile window! And I caught! 👀 Now Pregnant with twins!

We did it twice, either side of ovulation. We fell pregnant that month 🤷‍♀️
