Motivation

So I spent 2 hours trying on wedding dresses the other day! I found my dress online and I know its going to look amazing, but damnnn there's no better motivation than looking at your body in intense lighting and noticing all the things you wish were different. I don't have too much weight to lose but I want to get back to being a little stronger, try to flatten and strengthen my core and lose some flab in the arms. It helps that my teeth hurt when I eat sugar, so I'm working with a dentist and avoiding all sugar (and not even missing it). I know that diet will play a big role so I need healthy baking suggestions. I'm also hoping to get a gym membership so I can get some alone strength training time (and they have a spa and sauna there too) and ive made a deal with our houseguest to go for a walk together everyday that it's not raining. Any tips are welcome!!

Lots of water + getting your steps in! I just bought a walking pad to start walking more because it’s 90-100 degrees where i live rn. I do short 30 min workout at home — usually follow something on YouTube.
