Messed up dose 😩
Started new cycle of letrozole first 2 days only took 2.5mg and then day 3 took 5mg then realised! What should I do? Just continue with correct dose of 5mg for next 2 days or up more? Don’t wanna lose a chance this month!

I would think so. Some doctors, depending on the issue, would tell women to take meds for 7 days. I dont think an extra would hurt

I would say just stick to the 5mg and just add one more day of taking it to complete the 5 days of 5mg
