period and pcos.

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with pcos in Feb now and i’ve just got my first period since december. I’m really struggling with pain, how do you all cope with it? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you! x

I live with a heating pad & in the foetal position honestly. My period cramps feel like cyst rupturing; it’s awful.

I’m the same as erin, heat patches only thing that works, some times the pain so bad hurts to move and breathe x

thank you ladies! it’s so horrible, i was in and out of hospital dor a couple of weeks because they were worried my ovaries were twisting on themselves! but i think it was just the build up to my first period. it’s really is horrible. i will definitely get a heating pad and try! x

@Lilly Yh I have been in hospital for this too as pain can be so similar! Hope you’re okay now! Deffo heat pad! I’ve been on very strong pain killer that have done nothing but heat helps x
