HAPPY MONDAY! Let’s get some engagement going on here for motivation! What is your number one goal for this week? Mine is to allow myself to rest more! My brain & my body could both use it. I’m currently laying in bed with my baby instead of doing all the house chores I need to do. 🙂‍↕️ BUT I did already get my workout in this morning!

Happy Monday!! Was up with a sick baby and had to take him to dr this morning. So no workout yet. 😪 my goal for the week is to start drinking protein shakes in the morning since I'm not big on eating breakfast.

My goal is to get back into having my protein in the mornings and adding more exercises into my day.
