Infuriating doctors.

Going to obgyn practices with multiple providers is the most frustrating thing. Every week you see someone different, you get a different personality a different perspective, different instructions. They are so busy to schedule a medical induction but I’ve been asking to get a membrane sweep and it seems they all giving me the run around. I’m over this….

I hated that it was one of the reasons I switched practices for my most recent. Sorry you're dealing with that it's so crappy!

Have things resolved? Did you get the membrane sweep? I had my provider change 3 times these past two weeks! So I can relate. I didn’t want an induction but I had some testing that was a little high on my bile levels. Next test showed them down without meds over the weekend. Baby and I are doing well so a medical induction isn’t didn’t sound necessary anymore. I’m so close to my due date I wanted more time to go into labor naturally if possible. After much anxiety, many tears, and prayer we got set up with a new OB and he was wonderful. He explained in more detail is reasoning for holding off on an induction as well. All that so say, there is hope and this baby will come out one way or another. I had to accept a change of plans and lean on God in the middle of the chaos because I found peace. I took time to speak with my husband about my feelings and journaled with my Bible. Focused on the good. To then be blessed with a solution all parties agreed with just added to my gratitude.

I’m seeing one of the doctors today- in an hour actually, to see what’s next because I have observed a decrease in movement. I know is because she may not have much space. And they send me for non-stress tests once a week, but every week they have to do so much to wake her up.. So im gonna see what happens today.
