Should I be trying to conceive now with this ovulation test result?
I'm unsure if I should wait, or if I should try starting to conceive now that I have a positive result

This is not positive. Read the instructions that come with the tests. The test line needs to be as dark as, or darker than the control line. There will always be 2 lines.

The test line should be the same color or darker than the control line to be considered a positive I think.
