I've got a dream genie, it helps me not sleep on my back too and doubles as a feeding cushion if you plan to bf later.

My husband got me the bbhugme. It comes highly recommended. Designed by 3 women, 1 is a chiropractor I think. It’s filling is bean bag filling and it’s dreamy. You can loosen it and tighten it to make it firmer or softer. It’s one of the pricier ones (£150) but honestly, it’s worth it! As already mentioned they are on Vinted too but don’t get mixed up with the breast feeding pillow. My husband got ours from boots as there were discounts going on at the time. I think I’ll wanna use mine forever 🤣

Bbhugme 🙌🏼 you can buy them on marketplace and Vinted for cheaper and I used it to feed afterwards…now my son uses it as some kind of soft play 😂😂
If you have the budget, Bbhugme 100%. Used it when pregnant with my first and it hasn't left the bed since 😂 definitely get your moneys worth cost per use ha ha
I bought mine from Amazon at around 15/16 weeks I’m now 20+4 and it has helped me sooo much I’m so impressed! I’ve even washed the cover and it’s been fine! I’ll put the link in comment below x
