The only thing u can really use for D&V for a baby is dioralye, this doesnt treat the D&V it just replaces electrolytes and gives them something gentler to drink than milk

If baby is exclusively breastfed they will get all the nutrients they need from you, even if they’re unwell your milk will change to become more watery if baby needs water. If formula fed then you can introduce an oz or two of water a day when under 6 months and when weaning maybe a bit more. I would google some weaning information to inform yourself and do what works for you as so many different ways to do it and what works for one person might not work for you especially in a different country with different access to things.

@Lottie I'm exclusively breastfeed. I will start feeding my LO when she is five months and half so I will be there. Whose going to inform me the nutrition program in NHS members ? So that I can call them they can give me leaflet or book plus infos please

I really don’t know what you’re referring to. There isn’t a specific NHS programme. You just start to wean them. Usually people use vegetables and fruit to begin with and then move onto more complex tastes and textures.
