Tonies box

Hey! We’re planning buying my wee boy, who was 1 in May, a Tonies box as he has gift cards and money from his birthday. Is he too young for one???

Our May 23 baby plays with our three year olds Tonie box and Tonies. She puts them on and off a bit sometimes, but other times she enjoys listening to them. More the songs ones than stories at the moment I’d say. We bought the Tonie box for our eldest when she was two and she’s always been fine with it. Really handy to be able to ask for new Tonies for birthdays and Christmas presents too! Definitely recommend sleepy bear for when they’re a bit bigger for going to sleep 👍🏻😴

Thank you! @Joanna may sound like a daft question but how do you get songs on them? 🤦🏻‍♀️x

We bought our son one for his birthday. He loves it but we put the different figures on for him at the moment. You can load songs onto the creative tonies through the app. All the other tonies are preloaded with stories and / or songs x

Some of the tonies are songs and stories, others are just songs. The website is great for telling you what’s on each preloaded one and how long the content plays for. You can also get the blank ones where you can download free content or record things yourself. My husband recorded a couple of stories before he went away with the army for a couple of weeks which was really cute. We keep saying we need to get the grandparents to record some stories but we haven’t got around to it yet 🙈

We got my son one for his first birthday and he loves it. He puts it on himself a few times a day and he picks different characters out the bag! He really enjoys it x

We got one for when she was 7 months as it was Christmas and we use it every single day. Definitely worth it as you can download nursery rhymes on it 🥹

We got a Tonie box and was best thing we got as she loves music and Julia Donaldson
