Sex after transfer?

Our clinic said not until after beta

Mine said not to insert anything (other than the medication) and not have sex for 2 weeks

Some clinics recommend “pelvic rest” for two weeks after a transfer (that means no flicking your bean either!) but my clinic applied no such restrictions. There’s no good evidence it makes a difference and personally I think the pelvic rest thing might be a bit of sexist bullshit. 🤷‍♀️

I was advised not to until after beta and first scan which was at 7 weeks

Not until test, however we held off until we stopped medication just to be safe
