Loratadine and cetirizine are fine to take in pregnancy. They don’t work for me though so I’m on fexofenadine as agreed with my doctor
Local honey is an absolute godsend and totally safe to eat during pregnancy. I've suffered really badly with hay fever whenever I move house. A teaspoon of honey a day helps it straight away 😊

My midwife told me that Loratadine are safe in pregnancy, the NHS website also says this I believe. Although the back says they shouldn’t be taken. I have taken them on 3 occasions since being pregnant and everything has been fine. Definitely chat with your midwife first though if you’re worried!
