@Makelle thank you I didn’t know about that I knew it would sting but, not the knots. Should I have something to put the medication in? To organize
I think only the PIO makes knots, but i could be wrong. I had a basket with my injection stuff. Some of yours may need to go in the fridge too, so having a separate space for those is good.

In my opinion, it depends on which injections you are using. One of my injections stung, and I would use an ice pack right after to help the stinging. For some injections, I used a heating pad. I used a muscle roller like this for the progesterone in oil injections to keep the knots away. It worked so well! https://a.co/d/byI7ddL
