Selling on vinted

@Ris-Childcare Navigator I think if it's ordered to a collection point via Evri, the buyer has to mark it as collected? I know they have a certain amount of time to collect it before it gets returned to sender. I've chased a couple of people after 9 days already, and they've said they'd collected it days before but forgot to mark it as collected. I just don't want to come across as pushy by asking people if they've collected it.

I've only had the option to say I've collected a few times - it usually just tells me I've collected and prompts me to say if everything is okay. There was one time I collected and confirmed I had om Vinted, but had multiple emails from Yodel to tell me to collect over the following week. I sometimes wait til I have a few to collect or my partner isn't working so I don't have to get LO out of the car, which may be a few days or so.

Vinted will automatically tell you when it's been collected. The buyer then has 2 days to say that everything is OK or there's an issue. Then you'll get the money.

I would say then what's happened in those previous occasions is the member of staff didn't scan the item out when it was collected
