Recommendations for pregnancy acne?

I feel like I've struggled with my skin all through out my 20's but now that I'm pregnant it's significantly worse. Very oily with constant breakouts. Before being pregnant I did microneedling and that really helped, however I've read that should be avoided while pregnant. I'm wondering If anyone has recommendations for treatments or products that'll help clear my acne during this pregnancy.
