This is my first cycle on letrozole and i have pcos, im currently using it to induce ovulation for my iui cycle. I will let you know if i get pregnant this time
Also my first cycle and on 2ww so no pos yet but definitely ovulated and don’t normally (have pcos)
Both my children were conceived with the help of letrozole!
Both my babies were conceived using 2.5mg letrazol. Ive PCOS and very long cycles (60+). Used provera to bring on a period to start cycle and got very lucky each time. Good luck

@Daria im in Ireland so all fertility treatment is private. We went to the same fertility doctor here when we were ready for our second. Currently due in august
Did you ladies who had letrozole have scans to monitor the ovulation or did you use home tests? Thanks x
@Lula I use home tests as was prescribed private, not sure how nhs does it x
@Lula my first iui cycle i had a midcycle scan but this time my doc didnt recommend it
I was on Letrozol and worked the second cycle on it I have pcos and was used to induce ovulation
