That happened to me so I had to go to the office and had to reapply for them

The website always says mine will be loaded on the 13th and I don’t get them until the 14th. You should also be able to call for the balance.

@janel I tried calling earlier but it’s like the system is down.

Tell me about it I had to apply 4 times already because they keep stopping my food stamps

Mine is doing it too, hopefully we get them tomorrow, everything for their system is down right now

Yes, I called the number on my card and it said my balance was zero, I’m hoping I get them tomorrow or atleast Monday

@Zoey can you do me a favor and try to get into the automated voice on 211. And see if they recognize the phone number on your account? I know I won’t be able to speak to representative today but it won’t even recognize my phone number..

@Zoey I’m trying to see if it’s just mine that it’s going it with.

211 isn’t giving me any options for my benefits, I’m not sure why, I called the 1-800 number on my card and that’s what told me I didn’t get my balance re upped, I’m thinking maybe Monday will be the day it does

I got screwed over by Snap too… I applied April 24th submitted everything. After idk how many weeks Got a letter in the mail “missing documents” Mailed those missing documents and wrote a hand written letter. Called had to give a verbal verification too because I guess my obvious hand written letter wasn’t clear to them. Was told to call back if I hadn’t heard anything by May 30th called May 29th said it was denied… even after the original letter said I just needed to submit those “missing documents”… still hadn’t gotten anything May 30 called again and they put my application on report which means they will reopen it and review it all over again since I did turn my paperwork in before the date! As soon as I got off the phone I started crying. I’m just defeated.
