Hi girls!! I’m 27 + 3 with my first boy, and leaking out a lot of “liquid gold” colostrum from my boob, when did everyone start collecting theirs and freezing them? And what is the best time to be collecting this? I’m leaking quite a lot 🥲!

You can start at 37 weeks. Any earlier can bring on pre term labour so don’t start just yet x

Mine started as early as 24 weeks and I’m now 26+2! I was told by my midwife unless you’re in pain or engorged then to just wipe it away for now as it can bring on preterm labour! I feel your frustration though because I feel like I’m throwing away actual gold🤣xx

@Lauren true!! I was definitely in pain but it’s weird as soon as I got some out the pain went away
