Birth Control

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about it but I absolutely loved the depo. The only negative experience I had with it is that it made me very angry/apathetic after awhile, but I was on it too long (7 years) they recommend another method after about 2 years.

I was on it before I had my baby (August last year) and it was fine, no periods, no problems. I went on it again in October and I haven't stopped bleeding since and have gained alot of weight! No idea why it's so different this time cos I loved it before 😔

I had literally the same experience as Morgan. Also on it for way too long and also loved it. No period for years and years, no weight gain or anything like that. I was able to fall pregnant pretty much exactly a year after I stopped taking it

I used many years ago. I used for about a year made ma heart beat goes to fast, gained weight ( almost 20 pounds) mess up with my mood as well. I stopped using it. It was not good for me.

@Laura I’m the same as you had baby September last year got the depo October shouldn’t of got it so soon I have months were in fine and normal then other months like now when am due it next Monday were I’ve been bleeding off and on since Friday I’m fed up with it I never had issues before I just want this nuisance bleeding to stop it’s getting in the way of my life again! How are you getting on with it?
