I’m on the Nuva ring again
I got the pill. But since I’m breastfeeding they gave the progesterone only pill because estrogen can decrease supply. They said progesterone only pill isn’t as effective as the combined pill, but since I’m breastfeeding, she said it’s just as effective
I got nexplanon last Thursday and I’ve had no symptoms or anything it’s been fine maybe too early to tell but it lasts 3 years and don’t have to remember to take anything, and getting it in wasn’t that bad I mean compared to labor it’s nothing lol
My OB prescribed me a contraceptive gel that you place in the vagina before sex, I haven't tried it yet but she says it's as effective as the pill and it's non hormonal 🤷🏻♀️

We’ve gone back to condoms, currently away on holiday and completely forgot to pack them as we’ve not had to think about them for almost a year 🤦🏻♀️
