You’ll only get an std if your partner has one, the only thing that may happen is your ph might get thrown off so yes it’s a possibility of a yeast infection just pay attention to your vagina for any changes
I mean, if you have the STI, you have it regardless. Yeast infection, bacterial infection, UTI... All risks.
Urinary Tract Infection and/or bacterial vaginosis (BV)… the gut bacteria, specifically e. Coli, gets trapped and can colonize in the urinary tract and cause an infection. In the future, try to end with the back. This is the same reason you wipe front to back… if feces gets in the urinary tract or even the vagina, it can cause a bacterial infection. Symptoms to look for are burning/pain, discomfort when you pee, frequently peeing, only a dribble comes out but the feeling of having to go pee continues, fever if the infection gets bad enough, etc. For treatment, it needs an antibiotic and they’ll give you something to help with the discomfort (begins with a P and turns your pee bright yellow/orange). Also, cranberry juice can help.
