Freya or Delilah?

I'm so torn with these names Freya is the more popular one I think looking at name lists, but I know a few Delilah's (no one close), more z lister child names or a use to be friend of a friend type thing, that I never see. Surname starts with H, which ones better? Middle name is probably Payton/Peighton which I'm trying to get my husband to change his mind as I'm not keen.
