Baby name Sunnie or Sunny

I am having a baby girl , she wasn’t planned or on the agenda for my life , I already have an 11 year old girl her name is Lottie. I call this little one our sunshine on a rainy day as I have been left alone to grow this little unexpected bundle & i am pretty sure I will be left alone to watch her grow. Me and my family are over the moon now we are past the initial shock and sadness of being left on my own . I would like to add the name Sunnie / Sunny to my list of girl names . Which spelling would you use ? It would be Sunnie Fraser / Sunny Fraser . I love Sunnie because it matches Lottie well xxx

I think you can get away with either spelling, if you like Sunnie to match your daughter then go with that 😊

I think if you go with Sunnie it might follow up with a lifetime of having to correct people when they try to write it down I would personally go for the original

Ah congratulations ♥️ we just found out baby #3 is a boy but if baby was a girl we had Sunday Blossom or Sunday Bloom lined up… Sunny girl for short. I’d go with Sunnie with the second name Fraser personally.

My daughter is Sunnie and I much prefer that spelling (sorry for the bias) but I think it looks a lot prettier than sunny!
